Special flood hazard area notification.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to a special flood hazard area notification

This bill would require the office of emergency management to conduct a mailing after the final adoption of a federal flood insurance rate map, informing members of the public whose properties are in the special flood hazard area of flood insurance requirements and other relevant information.
