A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to prohibiting riding a bicycle while intoxicated

This bill would make riding a bicycle while intoxicated by alcohol or a controlled substance illegal. The penalty for the violation of this law is a civil penalty of up to $100.
