Fashion Center Business Improvement District

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to amending the district plan of the Fashion Center business improvement district to change the method of assessment upon which the district charge is based

This bill would authorize the Fashion Center Business Improvement District (“BID”) to change the method of assessment upon which the district charge is based as set forth in the BID’s amended district plan.
