A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to amending the definition of harassment to include certain buyout offers

This bill makes contacting a tenant about a buyout offer, after such tenant has notified the owner or his or her agent that such tenant does not wish to be communicated with about buyouts, a form of harassment.
