Unused muni-meter time mobile application.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an unused muni-meter time mobile application.

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to create a mobile application or approve the use of a mobile application that would connect individuals for the purposes of exchanging unused muni-meter time.
