A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to smoking on sidewalks

The proposed bill would prohibit individuals from smoking while walking on sidewalks under the jurisdiction of the department of transportation and several locations under the jurisdiction of the department of parks and recreation.
