Appropriation of funds for the capital needs of the library systems.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to appropriation of funds for the capital needs of the library systems.
This bill would require that five percent of the City of New York’s capital budget be appropriated for the capital needs of the library systems each fiscal year.
