Sale of nonwoven disposable products.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the sale of nonwoven disposable products

This bill would prohibit a retailer from selling a nonwoven disposable product unless it complies with testing standards established by the commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection.
