Installation of temperature reporting devices in multiple dwellings.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the installation of temperature reporting devices in multiple dwellings.

This bill would require all residential multiple dwellings to have temperature reporting devices installed. These devices would automatically record the temperature in living spaces at least once an hour and report or record that information. That temperature information would then be viewable, for at least ninety days, by both tenants and property owners.
