Annual report on drainage infrastructure.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an annual report on drainage infrastructure.

This bill would require the Department of Environmental Protection to issue an annual report on the condition of critical water drainage infrastructure within the city. It would further require a description of all outages that occurred in the prior year – detailing the length and severity of the outage, as well as the steps taken to resolve it.
