A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring energy efficiency reports to be filed every five years.

In New York City, an owner of a building over 50,000 gross square feet must file an energy efficiency report for such building every ten years. This bill would require the energy efficiency report to be filed every five years.
