NYPD use of force encounter reports.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the New York police department to issue quarterly use of force encounter reports

Title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York provides regulation and oversight of the New York Police Department (“NYPD”). This bill requires that the NYPD issue quarterly reports on the use of force and their relationship to quality of life offenses. This bill would amend Title 14 of the administrative code by adding a new section 14-155.
