Designation of a small business accessibility coordinator.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the designation of a small business accessibility coordinator

Would require an employee within the Mayor’s Office For People With Disabilities to be designated as a small business accessibility coordinator, responsible for liaising with agencies involved in accessibility projects and for educating business owners and operators about their obligations under local, state, and federal law to make their businesses accessible to people with disabilities.
