Notification for pesticide application in city parks.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notification for pesticide application in city parks.

This bill would require the Parks Department (DPR) to establish a notification system by way of email or text message where park goers can register to receive advance notifications whenever an area under DPR’s jurisdiction will be sprayed with pesticides.
