Limits on the size of motor vehicles that may be parked in residential districts.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to limits on the size of motor vehicles that may be parked in residential districts.

This bill would prohibit the Department of Transportation from suspending parking rules with respect to parking, standing, or stopping of vehicles that exceed forty eight feet in length, eight feet in width and thirteen feet and six inches in height on any street that is within seventy five feet of any residential premises or building that contains residential units.
