Provision of sick time earned by employees.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to the provision of sick time earned by employees.
This local law would exempt doctors and registered nurses from the Earned Sick Time Act (as they are highly paid professionals) and allows for reduction of penalties by administrative law judges in cases where the employer acted in good faith.
