Licensing of solicitation by costumed individuals.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the registration of costumed individuals engaged in solicitation
The bill would require costumed individuals—any person wearing clothing, accessories, makeup, a mask, or object that obscures or shrouds their face beyond recognition—that solicit immediately before, during, or after providing entertainment in a public space register with the Department of Consumer Affairs.
