A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the issuance of a five year plan to expand wi-fi access in city parks.
This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation to, first, report to the mayor and the New York City Council various data related to Wi-Fi access and use. Secondly, Int. No. 428 would require that Parks develop a five-year plan for expanding Wi-Fi access in all parks under the Commissioner’s jurisdiction.
