This bill would ensure that curb ramps leading from sidewalks to marked crosswalks are made accessible according to the definitions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Anyone responsible for a curb ramp would follow the ADA guidelines for upkeep, installation, or repair of curb ramps.
