Increasing the penalties for work without a permit.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing the penalties for work without a permit

This bill would increase the penalties for work without a permit on a one- or two-family dwelling from 4 times the amount of the fee for such permit to 6 times and for work without a permit on all other buildings from 14 times to 21 times.
