Establishment of an immigrant affairs coordinator within the department of parks and recreation.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the establishment of an immigrant affairs coordinator within the department of parks and recreation.
This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) to establish an “Immigrant Affairs Coordinator” who would act as a liaison between DPR and immigrant communities to help them engage more with park services.
