Creation of voluntary registry for persons with special medical needs.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the creation of voluntary registry for persons with special medical needs.
This bill would require NYPD to maintain a registry of individuals with special medical needs who reside in New York city. Once enrolled, all registrants will receive a GPS tracking device for NYPD to locate the registrant should the registrant be reported missing.
