A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing the penalties for a violation of a stop work order
This bill would increase the penalties for violating a stop work order from $5,000 to $6,000 for the initial violation and from $10,000 to $12,000 for subsequent violations.
