Requiring the department of buildings to maintain a registry of restrictive covenants.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the department of buildings to maintain a registry of restrictive covenants.

This bill would require the Department of Buildings to maintain a registry of all filed deeds containing restrictive covenants and to make such registry available to the public.
