Notice for the removal of trees.
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notice for the removal of trees.
This bill would require that any City agency or entity contracted with a City agency that is engaging in a project that will result in the removal of 5 or more City-owned trees to provide 60 days advance notice of the planned removal to the local Community Board and Council Member.
