A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring snowplows to be fitted with lights and audible warnings to prevent pedestrian deaths.
The bill would require all vehicles engaged in the removal of snow on roads, sidewalks, parking lots and pedestrian walkways to be equipped with flashing lights and audible warnings.
