A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notice requirements for hotel development plans

Proposed Int. No. 181-A would require that the Department of Buildings, upon receiving an application for a new hotel, provide notice to each affected Borough President, Community Board, Borough Board and Council Member.
