A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to notice of changes to capital projects implemented by the department of parks and recreation

This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation to provide notice within 30 days to Council Members who allocated funding to a capital project whenever a change order is implemented that has a value greater than 10% of an original contract value greater than $500,000.
