Removing the off-street parking requirement for base station licenses.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to removing the off-street parking requirement for base station licenses

Under the bill, for-hire vehicle companies would be allowed to park their vehicles on the street outside of their center of operation or “base station”. This bill would eliminate the law that the base have off street parking capability for one half of its affiliated vehicles.
