Reuse or recycling of discarded carpeting from commercial units or buildings.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to the reuse or recycling of discarded carpeting from commercial units or buildings.

This bill would require that discarded carpet covering a floor space of at least ten thousand square feet from commercial buildings or units in New York City be reused or recycled.
