Plastic Bag Bill - Reducing the use of carryout bags.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to reducing the use of carryout bags

The bill would impose a minimum fee of five cents for plastic or paper bags at retail, convenience, and grocery stores, with limited exceptions.
