Exempting licensed plumbers from registering with the business integrity commission.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to exempting licensed plumbers from registering with the business integrity commission.

The bill would exempt licensed master plumbers from having to register with the Business Integrity Commission when opening or removing the pavement of a public street pursuant to a permit issued by the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation.
