Requiring the implementation of technology to allow traffic enforcement agents to issue idling tickets through their hand-held computers.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the implementation of technology to allow traffic enforcement agents to issue idling tickets through their hand-held computers.

This bill would require that the hand-held computers used by the Police the Department’s traffic enforcement agents be capable of issuing tickets for violations of the City’s anti-idling law.
