Create a database to track vehicle-related accidents.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating a database to track vehicle-related accidents and violations of traffic control signals, installing signs at the fifty locations with the highest number of vehicle-related accidents and installing traffic control signal photo monitoring systems at the fifty locations with the highest number of summonses or notices issued for violations of traffic control signals in the city.
