Increasing the fee on marriage licenses.

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to increasing the fee on marriage licenses and setting aside said additional fee for a designated fund within the city treasury to provide financial assistance to victims of domestic violence to be administered by the Department of Social Services.
