Department of Homeless Services, Population Limits
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to creating a department of homeless services, creating populatino limits for shelters for adults, requiring beds for people seeking assistance at the emergency assistance unit, and repealing section 605 of the New York city charter.
