Laser Pointers, Banning

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to banning the selling or giving of laser pointers to persons under twenty-one years of age, open displays of laser pointers by sellers, and possession or use of laser pointers in public places by persons under twenty-one years of age or possession on school premises by persons under twenty-two years of age.
