A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to making the department of homeless services a permanent agency, creating population limits and reporting requirements for shelters for adults, providing beds for those seeking assistance at the emergency assistance unit, mandating case management services and using officers or employees of the city.
