Speed Bumps, School Buildings
A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring speed humps or other speed control devices on streets adjacent to certain school buildings in order to reduce the speed of vehicular traffic to a maximum of fifteen miles per hour.
