Tax Refund or Credit, Construction Street, Sewer

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to providing for a commercial rent or occupancy tax refund or credit for lost business revenue caused by extended street and sewer construction, repair or reconstruction in the immediate vicinity of a commercial establishment.
