Cooperative/Condominium Reserve Fund, Hazardous Violation

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to requiring the sponsor of a cooperative or condominium conversion to add to the required reserve fund an amount at least equal to the cost of correcting hazardous violations of record.
