Primary Debates, Restrictions Campaign Financing

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to restricting participation in the second required primary debates for mayor, public advocate and comptroller, pursuant to the campaign financing law, to candidates who are participants in the campaign finance program, are on the ballot for the primary election and are leading contenders.
