Debt or Bonds, Relocating Business

A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York in relation to prohibiting the city from incurring any debt or circulating or authorizing any bonds with the purpose or effect of relocating any enterprise, business or similar activity from an economically challenged neighborhood in the city of New York.
