Int 1290-2025
Licensing self-storage warehouses.
This bill would require the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP) to license self-storage facilities. It would also remove outdated requirements associated with storage warehouse licenses, which would include removing the bond requirement for licensed storage warehouses.
