Summary

This bill would require the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection and the Department of Buildings, when issuing, suspending, revoking, or renewing home improvement business licenses or contractor licenses, respectively, to consider any final judgment or determination of an applicant’s nonpayment or underpayment of wages, or a history of such violations.
