Use of renewable diesel fuel.

This bill would require all City-owned or -operated diesel fuel-powered motor vehicles to be powered by renewable diesel fuel or a renewable diesel fuel blended with biodiesel beginning July 1, 2026. The bill would also require the Department of Environmental Protection to annually report on the number of such motor vehicles powered by renewable diesel fuel.
