A study and report on the feasibility of providing ferry service to Inwood.

Summary

This bill would require the commissioner of the Department of Transportation (DOT), in consultation with the Department of Small Business Services (SBS) and the New York City Economic Development Corporation (EDC), to conduct a study on the feasibility of providing ferry service to Inwood in Manhattan. The DOT commissioner would be required to issue a report to the Mayor and Speaker of the Council on the findings of this study.
