Installation of solar-powered crosswalks.

Summary

This bill would require the Department of Transportation to install at least 100 illuminated, solar-powered traffic control devices at crosswalks annually over the next 5 years. This bill would further require the Department of Transportation to study the efficacy of these devices in comparison with crosswalks without these devices.
