This bill would require the Child Care Advisory Board, in consultation with the Department of Buildings and the Fire Department of the City of New York to conduct a study and submit a report on expediting the child care permitting process. The study would identify barriers faced by child care providers in the permitting process, and provide recommendations on steps to expedite the process and make it more effective.
