Int 0573-2024
Installation of outdoor drinking fountains near entrances to parks under the jurisdiction of the department of parks and recreation.
This bill would require the Department of Parks and Recreation to install at least 50 outdoor drinking fountains in parks no later than June 1, 2035. Each fountain would have to be installed within 100 feet of an entrance to the park where it is located.
